Welcome to Didier's kitchen ! For many years now our head chef, Didier, has combined fresh regional products and simple traditional cooking. Classic fish, seafood and meat dishes are brought to life with home-made sauces with recipes only Didier knows !

From typical regional dishes such as mussels from Oleron island and fish in white wine sauce, to our italian pasta dishes and savoury meats, there's great variety for all the family. Not forgetting of course our home-made desserts: the Sequoia Parc profiteroles have an excellent reputation !

Home made pastry
Every day Castrese, our head 'pizzaiolo' works the pastry for the pizza bases according to a secret recipe. Go and watch him prepare the pizza bases…quite a spectacle !
Pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven
The absolutley perfect combination : take a freshly made pastry base, add wholesome ingredients and slide all gently into a wood-fired oven. Two minutes later…'Voilà' ! The famous Sequoia Parc pizza…a crusty thin base, generously garnished, greatly appreciated by all pizza-lovers. Mmmmm…!
