Practical information

 

Duration of rental

Low season

In May, June and September you can rent one of our mobil-home cottages or chalets for weekends and short stays (2 nights minimum).

Arrival/departure day can be any day of the week.

High season

In July and August rental durations are for a minimum of 7 nights. Arrival and departure days are saturday, sunday or wednesday. (differs per type)

 

Arrivals and departures

Arrival days

Arrival day for certain models is Saturday, for others it's Sunday or even Wednesday. Many models also offer the choice of either Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday according to availability.

You can check this by clicking on 'Availability / Reservations' and then choose 'Tariffs Accommodation'. The arrival day is specified for each model.

Note: for low season there is no fixed arrival day.

Arrival / departure times

Arrival : after 16.00 p.m.
Departure : before 10.00 a.m.

Check-in

When you arrive at Sequoia Parc the check-in is at the reception. We require a deposit of € 200 per accommodation. One of our team members will accompany you to your accommodation.

 

Other information

Parking

There is space for one vehicle on the accommodation site.

Barbeques

Electric barbeques can be used at all times.
Wood and charcoal barbeques may be used but may be prohibited by the Prefecture under certain weather conditions.

Inventory

Each rental accommodation is equipped with a complete inventory which is sufficient for the maximum number of people:

- plates, glasses, coffee cups or mugs
- kitchen utensils, drying rack
- one blanket or quilt per bed, pillows, disposable bed covers

Bed linen, towels or tea towels are normaly not included (in some types it is included).

To obtain a full inventory for each model click on 'Availability / Reservations' then 'Tariffs Accommodation'. Then click on 'Inventory' for the relevant model.

You will also find the fully detailed inventory list at your arrival in the accommodation.

Towels and bed linen

You should provide your own towels and bed linen (except when included in type).

Bed linen and towel rental is available but it is imperative to reserve this at the booking stage.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the accommodations.
